• Who do you think put forward the better theory to explain development Rostow or Frank?


  I think Frank put forward the better theory forward for the development of most countries because soe countries do succeed and are rich, while there are poor countries, who get exploited and don't succeed. I do not think Rostow's theory was good for explaining development because it was too simple as not all countries follow the same path of development
