What are the two types of judges that sit in the County court?
District judges - full time judges who deal with majority of cases, hearing small claims and fast track up to £15,000
Circuit judges - Those who are appointed to 1 of 7 regions in England and Wales. - Hear fast track claims from £15,000 and immediate up to £100,000 for monetary relief - If medical negligence then will listen to multi-track up to £100,000
