  • If the case is heard by a District Judge who hears the appeal?

    Circuit Judge in the County court but a further appeal can be made to the Court of Appeal but only if it raises an important point of law.
  • If the case is heard by a Circuit judge then who hers the appeal?

    High Court judge in the high court but can be taken further to the court of appeal if it is an important point of law. Then to the Supreme court.
  • On what circumstances can the appeal go fro the High court to the Supreme court?
    If it started in the High court and relates to an important area of law or the court of appeal are bound by their decision and can't change the law.
