  2. Separate names with comma and use ampersand before last author
  3. Use Ed. for 1 editor; Eds. for multiple
  4. Capitalize the first word in titles
  5. Place of publication should include name of the city
  6. Citing a book: Indicate the pages
  7. Single page: p
  8. Multiple pages: pp
  9. Put a space after the pp. and put dash b/w numbers
