Momentum

• Momentum (kg m/s) = mass (kg) x velocity (m/s)
• All moving objects have momentum. The larger the object, the more momentum it has. The faster the objects is moving, the more momentum it has.
• In a closed system, the total momentum before an "event" equals the total momentum after the "event".
