• The minority have to be consistent in their views.
• 2 types:

  -Synchronic Consistency

  -Diachronic Consistency
• Synchronic Consistency- The minority all say the same thing.
• Diachronic Consistency- They've been saying the same thing for a long time now.
• Consistency makes people rethink their view.
