• Consistency can sometimes be interpreted negatively.
• Being too consistent can be a bit off-putting, making them seem inflexible, dogmatic and rigid.
• Minority need to be fairly flexible and accept counter- arguments and adapt their point of view.
• Need to get balance between flexibility and consistency.
• Conversion-- Snowball effect happens
