• Newton’s First Law-Balanced Forces

  • If the resultant force acting on an object is zero and the object is stationary , the object remains stationary.
  • If the object is moving , the object continues to move at the same speed and in the same direction.
  • So the object continues to move at the same velocity.
• Newton’s Second Law-Unbalanced Forces

  • When a force acts on an object , it will accelerate.
  • The acceleration is always proportional to the force being applied , so long as the mass remains constant
• Force = mass * acceleration

  • Whenever two objects interact , the force they exert on each other is equal and opposite in direction.
