Procedure to observing a Cheek Cell
Rub a clean cotton bud gently over the inside of your cheek. Remember to wear eye protection.
Smear the end of your cotton bud on surface if clean
microscope
slide. Dispose of cotton bud safely
Add one drop of
methylene blue
stain to the smear and slowly lower a cover slip on top of the methylene blue.
Observe the cells on the slide using the low
