start by labelling a test tube "lipase"
use a test tube to place 5cm3 of lipase solution into the test tube
label another test tube "milk" and add 5 drops of cresol red
add 5cm3 of milk and 7cm3 of sodium carbonate to the milk test tube [ the solution turns purple ]
place a thermometer in the test tube w milk
place both test tubes into a beaker of water at our first chosen temp and wait til test tubes are same temp
use pipette to transfer 1cm3 of lipase solution to the test-tube w milk and start a timer
once indicator changed to yellow stop the timer
repeat at different temps
