  second reading - there's a main debate and the MP's voice their opinions then they take a vote

  Committee stage - They examine the bill in detail and amend and scrutinise it

  Reports stage - MP's debate amendments , approving or rejecting them

  Third reading - Is immediate, they review the bill and vote whether to proceed to Lords
