• What are some advantages to specialisation?

  -increased productivity

  -lower unit cost

  -greater consistency

  -specialist/expert workers
• What are some disadvantages to specialisation?

  -boredom due to monotony

  -less flexible workforce

  -demotivated workforce

  -risk or process becoming automated
