    It is connected to many cancers, heart diseases, and tooth decay
    Passive smoking (makes people have a high risk of being effected) - dangerous - children with asthma

    Now - important - too much sugar can cause type 2 diabetes, too much fat can cause heart diseases

    too much = liver disease and kidney problems
