    In Glasgow, a stratagie they used to manage housing problems was that in Sighthill TRA because of watertight roofs that were riddled with damp and had a reputation for antisocial behaviour so they were demolished. This was effective because it meant that they could be rebulit/refurbished

    Another Stratagie they used is that in Sighthill they built the garden bridge in 2021 which links Sighthill to the CBD so people have better access to jobs, colleges and universities. This was effective because it gives people easier access to these oppertunities and encourages people to not leave Sighthill

    Another Stratagie is that in Sighthill they rebuilt Sighthill park to provide adequite outdoor space with playparks, alloments and a leisure centre. This was effective because the outdoor space and leisure centre can improve the mental and physical health of residents

    Another Stratagie is that In Dalmarnock, police Scotland moved into it's new station in 2015. The prescence of this organisation in the area makes the area feel safer and is aimed at reducing high crime rates in the east end. This is effective because it makes residents to beleive that the area is safe and will encourage possible buyers to move in.
