• What are the different categories of lawful visitors?

  There are four different categories:

  1. Invitees
  2. people who have express permission to be there
  3. Licensees
  4. people who have permission to be on the land for a particular purpose and possibly time
  5. Contractual permission
  6. e.g. a person who brought a ticket for a show
  7. Those with a statutory right of entry
  8. e.g. police
