Personal Responsibility : Accident/Incident Initial Reporting
IMMEDIATE NOTIFICATION
- The operator of any Philippine-registered civil aircraft, or any state, any foreign shall immediately notify the Authority/Chairman
CONTENT OF THE NOTIFICATION
- Notice to the chairman referred to in Section 13.025 shall state
RELEVANT PERSON
- “relevant person” means ; the owner, operator, PIC or hirer of the aircraft
FORWARDING BY THE OPERATOR OF AN ACCIDENT OR INCIDENT REPORT
- The operator of a civil, state or foreign shall file a report in the manner prescribed by the authority
CREWMEMBER STATEMENT
- Each crew member, if physically able at the time the formal report is submitted
WHERE TO FILE THE REPORTS
- The operator of an a/c shall file any initial notification or accident or incident report with the chairman thru Authority as specified in the AIP

OCCURENENCE IN THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES
- Where an accident or an incident occurs in Republic of the Philippines involving civil a/c, the Chairman or IPC
OCCURRENCE OUTSIDE THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES
- Occurs outside Republic of the Philippines involving a Republic of the Philippines a/c

Preservation of wreckage and records
RESPONSIBILITY : PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF WRECKAGE AND ACCIDENT SITE
- PIC shall ensure as much as is practical that the wreckage and accident site is protected and preserved
MOVING OR REMOVING THE WRECKAGE
- Takes custody of aircraft wreckage, mail, or cargo, such wreckage may not be disturbed or moved
ACCESS OF AIRCRAFT
- If the aircraft is wrecked in water, the contents thereof may be removed to such extent;
· Remove persons or animals injured or trapped
· Protect the wreckage from further damage
· Protect the public from injury
REMOVING GOODS OR BAGGAGE FROM THE AIRCRAFT
- Authorized any person or remove any goods or passenger baggage from the aircraft or to release any goods or passenger baggage from the custody
