  • IMMEDIATE NOTIFICATION

  • CONTENT OF THE NOTIFICATION
    -        Notice to the chairman referred to in Section 13.025 shall state

  • SUBPART D
    -        Preservation of wreckage and records
  • RESPONSIBILITY : PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF WRECKAGE AND ACCIDENT SITE
    -        PIC shall ensure as much as is practical that the wreckage and accident site is protected and preserved
  • MOVING OR REMOVING THE WRECKAGE
    -        Takes custody of aircraft wreckage, mail, or cargo, such wreckage may not be disturbed or moved
  • ACCESS OF AIRCRAFT
    -        If the aircraft is wrecked in water, the contents thereof may be removed to such extent;
