  Marley is dead. Scrooge run business with clerk bob. He visited by fred who invite scrooge over for xmas however scrooge declines. Fred give speech about xmas and leaves .2 charity collectors come for donation-scrooge send them away as he doesn’t want to donate.Scrooge reluctantly give bob day off then scrooge go home to see Marley face on door knocker.Ghost Marley appears + warn scrooge if he don’t change he will end up as ghost with lot of chains. He tell scrooge he will be visited by 3 ghosts
• stave 2

  scrooge wake in middle of night even tho he recall going bed at 2, he wait for ghost to arrive. Bell chimes frightening him. Ghost of xmas past arrives+take scrooge to his past. First see him in school alone with his sister Fan.Then at fezziwig party and ex fiance Belle calling off engagement.Then take him to see belle with her happy family-scrooge see what he missed out on. He tries to extinguish light come form ghost with the hat but can’t be stopped , then scrooge return to bed
• stave 3


  ghost xmas present arrive, transform room with decor and food. He wore green robe and sat in throne. Jolly giant take him into street to see ppl prep for xmas and happy it make them. Visit cractit who prep small meal for their big family. Tiny tim enters; he is sick scrooge ask if he will live , spirit says unless things change he will die. Spirit take him to fred’s party-see how ppl dislike him. before spirit go 2 children come out under his robe”ignorance and want-created by neglect of man kind

  stave open with ghost of xmas yet to come approaching scrooge, appear ss a dark cloaked figure.Scrooge talk to ghost eager for change but no response. Sport take scrooge to show what his future look like if he doesn’t chang. See ppl talk abt death of business man-no-one care for him;couple releaved as they owned man money.Spirt take to cratchits-family mourn tiny tim death-act ss final wake up call to scrooge.Asks who dead man in only to see his own grave.Cling to spirit in despise only for it to turn into his bedpost

  scrooge wake up realise it’s xmas.Scooge start make thing right; ordered big turkey for cracthits, make donation to charity, go to fred’s party ; give bob a raise ,
