  • Claim - to say that something is true or is a fact, although you cannot prove it and people might not believe it.
    1. Claim of Fact - asserts whether something is true or false, or to what extent it is true. Deals with factual statements that can be proven or disproven based on evidence.
  • 2. Claim of Value - expresses a judgment about something, stating whether it is good or bad.
