  • Wind is the movement of air.
  • Tropical storms are natural hazards caused from intense low pressure from tropical warm air rising. As this air rises high altitudes, powerful winds can spiral and form.
  • Tropical storms seem to curve because of the coriollis effect which makes objects seem to curve when the main body is turning. This happens due to the fact that the Earth is spinning at a very fast speed
