    Characterised by impatience, easily aroused, high levels of stress and lack tolerance

    Relaxed, tolerant approach with lower personal stress

    Personality that is in changeable and remain constant and predictable

    Traits determine behaviour but can be modified by situations or the environment
    Explains why we change our behaviour from one moment to the nest

    Shy / quiet individuals off pitch can be great leaders on pitch
