• aim to put the people and planet over profit
• Their Responsible Sourcing Code of Practice (RSCOP) sets out commitments to workers' rights and expectations of the suppliers regarding issues such as pay, working hours and child labour
• Have fairtrade certification, making sure farmers and workers in supply chains have fair prices for their products
