same sex parents and polygamy

• some christian’s believe that the ideal is for children to grow up in a nuclear family consisting of a male and female
• “ honour your father and mother”
• other christian’s believe it does not matter the gender as long as children grow up in a safe loving home
• islam allows polygamy in certain circumstances
