  • R.A 4136; The Land Transportation and Traffic Code - provides rules and regulations for the operation of motor vehicles and the use of public roads.
  • R.A 10913: Anti-Distracted Driving Act of 2016 - prohibits from using mobile phones or other electronic devices while driving, except when using hands-free systems.
  • R.A 10586: Anti-Drunk and Drugged Driving Act of 2013 - illegal to drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs - blood alcohol concentration limits and enforces penalties.
