    • Traveled to Makkah, performed Hajj, and journeyed to Islamic learning centers.
    • Stayed in Basra for 4-5 years, Hijaz for six years, and also traveled to Egypt, Kufa, and Baghdad.
    • Devoted, rigorous in religious duties, lived frugally, and was known for his good character.
    • Hadith was his life's passion; he compiled Sahih Al-Bukhari, one of the most authentic Hadith collections.
