• Philippine Traditional games are games commonly played by children, usually using native materials or instruments. In the Philippines, due to limited resources of toys for Filipino children.
• Traditional Games - a symbol of our national identity and pride.
• Tumbang Preso is a popular Filipino street game also known as Presohan.
• Philippine Traditional Games (Laro ng Lahi) usually invent games without the need of anything but the players themselves. Their games' complexity arises from their flexibility to think and act.
• The most widely known and played game in the country is "Patintero." Due to its popularity a set of official rules was established.
• Patintero

  The equipment needed is chalk or paint, a scoreboard, whistle, stop watch and powder.
