  Elastic distortion will see the object go back to its original shape while inelastic distortion will have the shape stay deformed.

  Spring constant X extension
• What is upthrust?

  The upwards force that a fluid ir gas exerts on a body floating on it and it is equal to the weight of build displaced.
• What is the equation of pressure?

  Force normal to the surface ÷ area of surface
