    Prepare plant tissue by using a cork board to take samples of the potato that are all the same diameter

    Cut the ends of the potato pieces (skin is impermeable)

    Cut the 3 pieces of potato by 3cm
  • Step 4
    Record mass of each potato piece
  • Step 5

    Measure out 10ml of distilled water
