• In a Fixed Duration Activity, the work must be completed in a determined duration.
• In a Fixed Units Activity, the work must be completed using determined assigned units.
• In a Fixed Work Activity, the work value is determined.
• A Fixed work activity is by default effort driven.
• In an Effort Driven Activity, the work value is fixed.
• A Fixed work activity could be Effort driven or Non-effort driven.
• If the assigned units (U) are increased or decreased in an Effort driven activity, the duration (D) will be decreased or increased respectively.
