• Tempreature:

  More KE, more collisions, more enzyme-substrate complexes

  Enzymes then denatured, active site changes shape because hydrogen bonds between R groups break
• pH:

  A change in pH can break bonds that maintain enzyme's tertiary structure

  Enzyme changes shape

  Substrate can no longer fit to form enzyme-substrate complex

  Enzyme is denatured

  A change in pH can change the charge of the enzyme so the enzyme-substrate complex no longer forms
• Substrate concentration:

  More enzyme-substrate complexes because more collisions between the active site and substrate.

  Levels off, as no more enzyme-substrate complexes form

  All active site are occupied

  Active sites are saturated
