    • Trade unions were banned and the German labour Front was established in 1933 to coordinate workers. Aimed to win over workers and increase introduction.
    • KdF became the world's largest tourism operator of the 1930s. The KdF had 2 cruise liners to offer cheap cruises, although only loyal members of the Nazi Party were given spaces.
    • Subsidised holidays/leisure activities of the Strength Through Joy programme were popular. They offered sporting activities and hikes, as well as cinema and theatre visits.
    • Strikes were illegal and workers needed permission to leave jobs.
    • The Beauty of Labour - improved workplace conditions to make them more appealing to workers. such as improving canteens and washing facilities in factories.
    • DAF membership provided job security but deducted 1.5% of wages, while removing workers' bargaining powers with a 1933 wage freeze.
