  5. Pipette bacteria onto the agar plate.
  6. Spread the bacteria using a disposable spreader.
  7. Apply antiseptics to filter paper discs.
  8. Secure the lid of the agar plate with tape.
  9. Incubate the plate at 25 °C for 48 hours.
