  • Routine immunization - needed to receive boosters of these.
  • Recommended immunization - dependent on destination, purpose of travel, duration of travel, or level of anticipated contact with locals.

  • Foreign Exchange - refers to fluctuating rate in which the money of one country can be exchanged for the money of another.

  • Departure tax - is a fee charged by the country when a person is leaving the country.

  • Jet lag - refers to the sleeping, waking and concentrating problems travelers experience when they fly long distances.
