• 1. IRON ORE:

  • Large deposits are at kalabagh, North east of chitral, and chaghi and other parts of balochistan
• 2.MANGANESE: It is mostly used in the steel industry for manufacturing of batteries, flash bulbs and paint.

  • found in chaghi and lasbela
• 3.CHROMITE: used in the manufacturing of high quality stainless steel and engineering tools and metallurgic furnace lining.

  • areas of balochistan and Kpk.
• 4. BAUXITE: It is a valuable metal and used in the processing of aluminium metal.

  • bauxite reserves can be found at Muzaffarabad, kotli azad kashmir and other areas of balochistan.
• 5.COPPER: Used for making coins, utensils, decoration pieces, jewellry, wires, etc.

  can be found in chaghi, kalat, zhob and chitral and the Kpk as well
