• Excretion is the removal of Metabolic Waste from the body
• Glomerulus - site of ultra filtration
• Bowmans Capsule - collects filtrate
• Proximal Convolution Tubule - glucose reabsorption
• Loop Of Henle - 95% reabsorption of water and mineral salts
• Distal Convolution Tubule - site of homeostasis, blood concentration is made constant
• After passing through the Distal Convolution Tubule, filtrate is called urine
• Filtrate - water, mineral salts, glucose, urea
• Metabollic Waste - carbon dioxide from lungs, sweat, urea in the form of urine
• Renal Artery - brings blood to be cleansed
• Renal Vein - cleansed blood
