• What was Jesus trying to teach in the Sabbath day story?

  The importance of Sabbath-the day of the lord and the kind of attitude we should have in the observance of the sabbath
• Remember the Sabbath day and keep it holy?

  6 days you shall labour and do all your work. But the 7th day is a sabbath to the LORD your God; you shall not do any work. You, your son or your daughter, your male or female slave, livestock, or alien resident in your towns.
• How did people in the old testament celebrate the sabbath?

  They celebrated it on the last day
• They celebrated the sabbath remembering?

  How God completed his work of creation within 6 days and rested on the 7th day
• on sabbath day what do Israelites do?

  They do not let any human or animal work, and they celebrate Friday sunset to Saturday sunset
• A man came in a synagogue with withered hands, people asked Jesus if it is against the law to cure someone on sabbath day. What is Jesus' answer?

  "How much more valuable is a human being than a sheep! so it is lawful(legal) to do good on the sabbath
• Why do we celebrate Jesus on Sunday?

  Resurrection of Jesus.
• Us, the people of the new testament, have to celebrate Sunday in 3 important ways, what are they?
