    • Need for environmental compromise

    • Much more agreement and consensus of opinion
    • Roles and responsibilities are accepted
    • Decisions made through group agreement
    • Strong sense of commitment and unity
    • Respect for the leader and leadership is shared
  • Performing
    • A clear vision and aim
    • No interference or participation from the leader
    • Focus on achieving goals
    • Disagreements may occur but are resolved within the team
    • Team members may ask for assistance from leader with issues.

    A collection of people who share similar goals and interact with one another.
