Steps in the process of echolocation in ultrasound imaging
️⃣ The transducer emits high-frequency sound waves
️⃣ Waves reflect off tissue boundaries
️⃣ Echoes travel back to the transducer
️⃣ The transducer detects echoes and converts them into electrical signals
️⃣ Time-of-flight is used to determine depth
️⃣ A visual image of internal structures is created
