• PAGASA - Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration
• Red Warning: More than 30min rain, RESPONSE: Evacuation
• Orange Warning: 15-30 min intense rain, RESPONSE: Alert
• Yellow Warning: 7.5-31.5min heavy rain, RESPONSE: Monitor
• The three warnings are: Red Warning, Orange Warning & Yellow Warning
