  is a sequence of related events normally arranged in achronological order

  refers to who is telling a story, or

  who is narrating it. The narration

  of a story or novel can be told in

  three main ways: first person,

  second person, and third person

  where the narratorknows what all thecharacters arethinking and doing.
• Where the narratoris a character in

  the story and uses I, me and so on

  to refer to himself/herself. In this

  pov, the reader knows what the

  narrator does, thinks, observes,

  and feels

  FIRST-PERSONPOV
• second person point of view is a

  narrative that is told from the reader’s point of view.

  The key pronouns for second-person point of view are:

  • you

  • your
• Where the narrator is outside the

  story, but tells the story mainly

  from main characters' pov.

  The main character is the one

  whose actions, thoughts, and

  feelings the narrator focuses on
