• STAGE 1- MENSTRUATION:

  • BLEEDING (happens for around 5 to 7 days)
  • Uterus lining BREAKS
• STAGE 2:

  • Lining BUILDS up (happens for around 10 days)
  • UTERUS- prepares for EGG
• STAGE 3- OVULATION:

  • Happens over 1 day
  • Egg is RELEASED
• STAGE 4:

  • Lining of the uterus is MAINTAINED
  • Cycle REPEATS
