• FSH in WOMEN is released from the pituitary gland and stimulates the Maturation of the follicle, it also stimulates Ovary tissue to release oestrogen
• LH is released from the pituitary gland and triggers Ovulation, it also causes development of the corpus luteum and stimulates ovary to secrete progesterone
