☹️ Can't tell compliance and internalisation apart- someone can believe what a group is saying inwardly in public, but without public influence agreement dissipates when in private bc eg they receiving new info which changes their mind.
😄Research support for NI (teens) - Linkenbach and Perkins- if told most ppl their age don’t smoke, they are less likely to smoke. Shows ppl shape behaviour to fit in
