Akhirah is the belief that after death, humans will be judged by God and will either be rewarded or punished
Tawhid: the oneness of God - he's in all things because he's the creator of all things, he's perfect so he doesn't have any potential. Isn't subject to change and only had one
Transcendent: beyond or above the range of normal or physical human experience
not of the physical world
Muslims should submit
Impersonal
Angels is a necessary belief - they bring messages from 'other existance'
God is mysterious and comprehendible
Immanence - 'to dwell in'
Personal, like the vein in your neck, god knows you physically and mentally
God knows our suffering - merciful
Prayer = personal
Other virtues of Allah- justice, mercy and goodness
Predestination - god has already determined everything that will happen in the universe
Sunni - greater emphasis on God's omniscience and less on human freedom
Shia - god knows everything that happens, but he doesn't decide it, humans have free will
Judgement day and resurrection - when the universes purpose is fulfilled Mahdi and Isa fight the false prophets, everyone dead resurrects and is judged
Akhirah- new world/ hereafter

Israfil - blows trumpet on judgement day
Mika'il- sustainer, angel of mercy
Adam
First man on earth and first prophet
God gave Adam understanding and passed it down to rest of humans
