If a student's teacher has not sent an invitation link to join the group, they cannot create an account on ThinkIB.net.
If a student has forgotten their password, they cannot receive a reset password email from ThinkIB.net.
If you get an error message "The email address does not belong to a student account", make sure that your teacher has shared the invitation code with you, which should look like https://www.student.thinkib.net/group/XXXXXXX.
If you are using your school email address, make sure that your IT department has whitelisted the inthinking.net domain.
If this is the case, please ask your teacher to share the new invitation code with you.
