  • Life is about creating systems of upward spirals of momentum and preventing yourself from feeling out of place in the current level you’re at
  • Is it a refreshing break or an excuse break
  • Most of the stress and anxiety friction of starting or continuing work comes from falsely predicting that the activity will be stressful
  • Way to measure product market fit:
What percent of your existing customers respond to “how would you feel if you couldn’t use our product anymore“ with “i‘d be very disappointed”
  • “What do you think that if we added to the product, would make people never want to leave”
  • “What do you think that if we took away from the product, would make everyone leave?”
  • My previous two biggest constraints:
    1. Letting my subconscious talk or even run the show
    2. Believing my brain’s negative predictions and letting confirmation bias make them true
  • In entrepreneurship, the “invert always invert” means instead of thinking what do I need, think “what does the user want” (make all decisions based off this)
  • Vault Mentality:
That every day you’re adding outputs to your “vault” that will become your legacy
(for me the american jack group folder on my computer)
  • How can you become useful to others?
