  • dance warm-ups - are important to avoid some physical injuries in the spine, arms, wrists, shoulders, ankles, and other parts of the body

    2. bases or mounts
    3. spotters
  • flyers - usually cheerleaders who can do stunts while being held or thrown into the air
  • bases or mounts - the ones who control the throw of the flyers into the air
  • spotters - people who stand at the back where they assist the bases or mounts when lifting and throwing the flyers
