  • Difficulties the individual has with executing activities, e.g. functional difficulties
  • May lead to participation restrictions
  • Identify what patient can do to increase their activity and participation levels
  • When activity and participation restrictions not reflecting physical impairments / pathology may suggest psychosocial status is impacting negatively on the patient’s disability
