  Nazi propaganda:

  propaganda was used by the nazis to send the message that hitler was the saviour of germany. Posters, films, & radio broadcasts were used to show how great the nazis were. goebbels was made minister of people's enlightenment & propaganda.

  Nazi’s and the media:

  since most people read the newspaper, goebbels managed journalists carefully, telling them what they could or couldn't report on - censorship. like newspapers, radio was also censored; the nazis placed loudspeakers in public & sold cheap radios so everyone could hear their message. the nazis produced films that displayed their strengths. as well as this, large amounts of propaganda was also given to journalists as stories.

  Party rallies:

  thousands of people would pack into stadiums to hear hitler speak. the rallies, usually organised by goebbels, were used as a symbol of greatness. the rallies were used to celebrate different achievements of the nazi party when hitler took power.

  Berlin olympics (1939):

  hitler wanted to use the berlin olympics as propaganda to demonstrate the superiority of nazi germany & the aryan race. they used this opportunity to flaunt, building the world's largest stadium that could seat over 100,000 people, showcasing the huge swastikas. it was also the first olympic games to be televised. for the most part, germany was top of the leaderboard. however, african american, jesse owens, won four gold medals.
