    Jacobeans believed that our lives are predestine. James 1st also believed strongly in witchcraft and there were many trails and executions during his region. By believing the witches, Macbeth chooses the side of evil. They trick and manipulate him throughout the play.
  • “Or art thou but a dagger of the min, a false creation”- Macbeth
    Personification-gives the dagger a sen of power. The skeptical and confused tone emphasises his Macbeth’s reached the point where he can’t reason what is real and what is abstract because of the current situation where he is hallucinating.
