• RP: microscopy - METHOD

  1. add drop of water to a clean side
  2. carefully put the onion onto the slide
  3. add iodine to the onion cells and place a cover slip over the top
  4. put the slide onto the stage and select the objective lens
  5. whilst looking down the eyepiece, adjust the knob to focus the image
  6. then draw what you see and label the different cell structures
